The program is designed for adolescents ages 13-18 and their parents/guardians. Program enrollment involves an initial intake before the classes begin. Referrals are received by the community through the court, schools, and individuals. The First Offender Program is designed to address multiple issues including school behavior problems, legal issues, and truancy. The program is 12-14 hours and is offered both in a weekend and weekday format.
