CARS (Communities at Risk Services)

The CARS program is a wraparound service focused on youth involved in the Juvenile System including the Office of Juvenile Affairs and Juvenile Bureau.  Referrals are completed by probation officers or OJA workers and submitted to Mid-Del Youth and Family Center.
